I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who primarily works with adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, academic stress, and career stress. I integrate Rogerian (person-centered) therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented treatment experience. My approach is grounded in warmth, validation, and genuine collaboration, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they explore stressors, develop effective coping strategies, and challenge unhelpful or maladaptive thought patterns.
